It is disheartening to note that the government is owing health trainees 2 years of allowance. Despite the sugar quoted promises made after several engagements with the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Finance yet, there has been a failure to fully honor these commitments. We are aware of the efforts made by the executives of the Ghana Midwives- Nurses Trainee Association engaging with the Ministry of Health and the Finance Ministry to address this matter. Victor Kusi Boateng, who has a double identity, an injunction he filed against the Member of Parliament for North Tongu, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.
